These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zs99 platform, operated at https://zs99.biz ("zs99," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the zs99 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the zs99 platform.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by zs99, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket betting), live casino games, video slots, crash games, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the platform from time to time.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and zs99. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the zs99 Platform. zs99 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification has not been completed to our satisfaction.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the zs99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. zs99 does not represent that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in all locations. By registering an Account, you warrant that online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one Account on the zs99 Platform. Multiple accounts associated with the same identity, address, device, IP address, or payment method may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed. Any Balance held in secondary accounts may be forfeited.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to keep your registration details up to date. zs99 may require identity verification documents at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify zs99 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.1 You must not allow any third party to use or access your zs99 Account, including family members and friends. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms.
4.2 You must not use your zs99 Account for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial use, syndicate play without prior written approval, or use of automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
4.3 You are responsible for all taxes, levies, and duties applicable to any winnings received from your zs99 Account in your jurisdiction. zs99 does not deduct, withhold, or remit taxes on your behalf.
4.4 Dormant Account Policy: An Account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zs99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee as outlined in the current fee schedule, or to close the Account after giving reasonable notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Accepted Methods. zs99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All Account Balances, Wagers, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Account is specifically configured otherwise. Any currency conversion is your responsibility and carried out at rates determined by your payment provider.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. zs99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, subject to availability and anti-money-laundering requirements.
5.4 Processing Times. zs99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times. zs99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. These limits may be amended by zs99 at any time.
5.6 Funds Source. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. zs99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by zs99 are subject to specific terms and conditions issued at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in the relevant promotion terms. You must satisfy all conditions before requesting a withdrawal of amounts derived from Bonus Funds.
6.3 Abuse. zs99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting using promotional funds, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of promotional offers.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred. Only one promotional offer may be active per Account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.1 All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game on which the bet is placed. These rules are available within the relevant section of the zs99 Platform.
7.2 zs99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after the event has commenced and the live-betting market was not open; (b) the odds or prices were clearly erroneous; (c) the bet is suspected to be part of a fraudulent or collusive scheme; or (d) technical errors affected the betting markets.
7.3 Winnings are credited to your Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement times are determined by official results from the relevant governing body.
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event or game, the decision of zs99 (having regard to all available evidence) shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 10.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs99 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Balance:
9.1 All content on the zs99 Platform — including but not limited to the zs99 brand name, logo, game content, graphics, software, text, and design — is the property of zs99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of zs99.
10.1 zs99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.3 zs99's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding the outcome of a Wager or any aspect of the Platform's operation, you must contact zs99 support within 30 days of the event in question. Complaints submitted outside this period will not be considered.
11.1 zs99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All users are required to be 18 years of age or older. We provide tools including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity.
11.2 If you believe your gambling has become a problem, you may self-exclude your Account immediately from within Account Settings. Self-excluded accounts will be closed for the selected period and will not receive promotional communications during that time.

12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting zs99 support. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
12.2 zs99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a risk to zs99 or other users.
12.3 Upon Account closure by zs99 for cause, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or breach of Terms is confirmed, zs99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zs99's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zs99's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
13.2 zs99 and you agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings. You should contact support at [email protected] in the first instance.
14.1 zs99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
